Director of Sales

If you're looking to collect a paycheck from your work week, this job may not be for you. We'll give you more than that, and we expect the same in return. We believe Mondays shouldn't be dreaded and that people are meant to get a sense of fulfillment from their work. Our principles are based in Jesus' teachings, which, to us, means out-serving everyone around us. Through the above, we've built a team that can depend on each other. If this aligns with who you are, you might be a great fit.

We need a values-oriented, high performing leader to step in and direct our profitable team of salespeople toward greater success. This person needs to be organized, gifted in sales and willing to lead with clarity and confidence.

The Place (who we are):

  • Family-owned business. We are a small team and have decades of experience in the industry. Our recipe for success is proven and documented. We intend to grow through the strength of the team we build, our customer relationships, and our ability to deliver excellent experiences for our customers.
  • The right size. We’re streamlined, efficient, and ready to distinguish ourselves from everyone else out there by using big business resources with small business relationships.
  • Reputable. We have built a solid and respected foundation and brand in the Denver and northern Colorado area, so you and your team can develop business with full confidence in our ability to provide outstanding products and timely service wherever needed.
  • Value-driven. We operate based on 4 core values
  • Putting people first
  • Being dependable
  • Taking ownership
  • Honoring God

The Position (what we are looking for):

  • Be active. The perfect way to break up a standard desk job and be outside without having to break your back. You'll spend time in the office, but also have time to travel to job sites or local offices looking to develop long lasting relationships.
  • Multiply your efforts. Finding your own success is one thing. Multiplying that by teaching and leading your team of salespeople to their own successes is the true measure of success for this position.
  • Lead people. Use your leadership acumen and sales experience to impact others and watch them grow as people and team members. We expect all of our leaders to lead from the front.
  • Build relationships. Build relationships with our team and our customers that help us become the first choice for the lines we carry.
  • Stay organized and be reliable. Learn how we do business in a way that generates commission from your sales and your team's. Staying organized and holding others accountable to these standards will breed success for all of us.

The Perks (what we have to offer):

  • Plenty of sales opportunities. There is more construction than we can possibly keep up with. We will stay as busy as our sales team makes us.
  • Quality training. We need a work ethic, a willingness to learn and a desire to teach and hold others accountable. The rest can be taught. Teaching the products and our way of business is essential to this person's success, and we don't expect that to happen without being trained properly.
  • Great compensation. Alongside a healthy base, this position has the opportunity to earn commission from the profits of their own sales as well as the success of the team's.
  • Great benefits. 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off, expense reimbursement.
  • The right tools. You will be provided with an expense account, fuel, vehicle allowance, phone, and a laptop; we don't expect you to succeed without our support.

If this sounds like an opportunity where you can apply your talents and gifts, please apply through Indeed. We’ll contact you if we think you might be a fit. We have a multi-step hiring process since it’s critical that we hire the right people, but if you are a fit, this process moves rapidly.
